Refund Policy

KRC Racing wants customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you need assistance with a return, please review the policy below.

Return Window
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Products that show signs of installation, use, modification, or damage may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Special-order items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Used, installed, or modified products

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, please contact KRC Racing for return instructions and authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact KRC Racing as soon as possible at customerservice@krcracing.com or 417-232-4948 so we can help resolve the issue.
